About me

Hi, I'm Samira – founder of ProjectMastery, a professional project manager, and a coach for project managers.

What do I do? I help (future) project managers grow in their roles, with more confidence and structure. Not just through theory, but especially through practical guidance.

I also work as a Project Manager & PMO Consultant for SAP projects.

My motivation

Project management is my passion. The dynamism, the collaboration, the planning, the adjustments, and especially the visualization of results – that's what energizes me. But when I started out on my own, I lacked guidance. I had to reinvent the wheel amidst the hustle and bustle of my new environment. There was no one to help me put theory into practice.

That's precisely why I started ProjectMastery: to offer you what I didn't have. Practical coaching, tailored to your level, using real-world situations, tools, and techniques that work.

My background

I've spent years working on projects myself—across countries, cultures, roles, and organizations. With tight deadlines, high expectations, and situations where not everything was clear. Because of that, I know how things really work in practice, beyond theory and models.

With over 20 years of international experience in project management, I've worked in IT, finance, operations, and change management environments. I'm PMP® certified and familiar with both traditional and agile working methods, but I don't believe in one "right" method. I believe in applicability, context, and people.

As a coach, I'm practical, sharp, and engaged. I help you create order in complexity, make choices, and stand stronger in conversations and projects. No standard step-by-step plans, but working from your situation, your questions, and your ambitions.

I enjoy working with people who want to discover if project management is truly their forte—and with professionals who feel they have more to offer than they're currently experiencing. Sometimes that means growing in your role. Sometimes it means honestly acknowledging that a different direction is a better fit. Both are beneficial!
