Hi, I am Samira, founder of ProjectMastery. I am very passionate about what I do as a Project Manager and Coach. I love the dynamics of projects, the need for structure, leadership, planning, teamwork and synergy. I am very enthusiastic, energetic, positive and knowledgeable. My determination and proactivity have driven the success of numerous projects, empowering businesses to improve their processes and experience substantial transformations, domestically and internationally.

I got into this industry because, as someone who loves to learn, I saw a lot of problems with both the quality of project managers and the satisfaction they got from managing projects, especially for people who had just started their careers. Although I became a certified Project Manager Professional®, I never felt supported in my learning journey. I craved a tailored and customized experience that would not only teach me the theory but also support me in learning how to approach the real-life challenges of being a project manager, but it simply didn’t exist anywhere I looked.

That's why I established ProjectMastery. My mission is to help you, as an entry-level, mid-level, or aspiring project manager, gain more confidence managing your projects in a structured and proven way, by providing you personalized mentoring and using best practices gained from my 20+ years of experience in the field.
